Morning. Slept in a little. Went and got my hair trimmed and now laundry going. Need to take kitty to the vet for a check-up. Since she's a "senior" they like to see them every six months, but I'm not going to do that. Unless I think something is going on. If I may, a little prayer for DS to find something he lost that is important. Thanks.

Going to be a bit warmer today and thru the weekend. I hope so. It's been pretty bad here but even worse elsewhere, so prayers for all. Oh, and I saw where a gal that was a year ahead of me in school passed away. Unbelievable.

Have a good day.

Good evening ladies. Very cool and cloudy today, might see some sun tomorrow.

Bethee prayers that your DS finds what he lost. Hope kittys check up went well.

Hi V, good to see you posting. Hope you are doing well.

Trying to get the kitty that adopted us used to staying in the camper but it's not going too well. I've been bringing her in for short periods but she always looks to go out. Our indoor kitty has no interest in going out. We can leave the door wide open when bringing in the groceries and she doesn't care. I guess I could get a harness and leash for the other one but I'd rather she not go out at all. They both hiss and growl at each other also. We have a couple of months to try and get things worked out. Fingers crossed.

Have a good night everyone.

Prayers

Re: Daily Chat, Thurs., 1/15/14

Hi, ladies,

Yoga last night was tough! Probably because I hadn't been in several weeks, but boy does my middle ache! Good for me, I guess.

Bethee, prayers to St. Andrew and St. Jude for lost things. St. Andrew for lost things, St. Jude for lost causes (if it's been lost for a really long time!) Or, tell DS to say to himself (out loud) before he goes to bed that he's going to remember where he put it, and maybe his brain will pull it out for him. Sad news about your schoolmate. Makes you think, doesn't it!

V, enjoy the new Mod collection! I know what you mean about foundations being tough this time of year. I'm betwixt and between.

Hi, sapphire! Good luck with new kitty. It takes time to get them used to each other, especially if one is inside and one goes out. My younger boy was a stray, and he would go out if I'd let him, but I've had too many friends lose kitties too soon, so I'm a meanie and keep him inside. Also, I'm not at all sure he'd come back if he got out, and it's too tough to chase him. If there something that each has claimed maybe you can switch it back and forth to get them used to each other's smell, like a blanket or something.

I got the Tarte OTO the other day, don't know what I was thinking. I had a Tarte eye primer that I love and ran out of, so thought I'd try this one. It's ok, but I so don't need it. The eyeshadow is pretty, and the brush is nice. I couldn't believe how it came packed - everything just thrown in the envelope, not even wrapped in paper or tissue.

Weather is better today, and should be less cold tomorrow. Good thing! And I don't think there's any snow in the near future.

Hugs, ladies!
