Morning. Sunny & cool. Need to do some serious spring cleaning around here, but just can't get motivated, esp. when it's the males' messes around here. I'm no neat freak, but this is ridiculous.
I would really, really, REALLY like for our BEauties to check in. I'm worried about y'all. I know we're all busy and have many things on our minds and plates, and bad weather, etc., etc., but . . . PLEASE.
DS has prom tonight; his GF's school this weekend and next is his. He needs to iron his shirt, and maybe the vest, too. I believe he plans on staying out pretty much all night. He was up early this a.m. to go help my BIL @ my parents' house. My nephew is coming down to visit his mom so we will go over and cook out and watch the Derby. I've not seen much about the horses, so don't know who's the favorite.
Have a good day. Prayers.

Hey, Bethee! I'm checking in from sunny Northern California. I have great sympathy for our beauties who've been hit with the horrible weather this winter. We whine here when we get rain for goodness' sake! Or when we don't; this summer could be very difficult with our drought. It's more extensive throughout the state than I've ever seen in my sixty-plus years.
I wanted to give you props. I've been reading your adventures with your eyes and feeling mightily for you. A lumbar puncture? Seriously? I'm very happy that it showed you cancer-free, but what an awful scare to go through. You're one brave lady, for sure.
Hello to all who come in here today—and to those who don't. I'd love to hear more from our less-frequent visitors. Hello, LovemyBE and Nascargirl: where and how are you?
Cheers!

hello! Checking in. Not much going on around my neck of the woods. We met DH's cousin and ate Chinese then went to a flea market. I live such an exciting life...NOT!
I didn't go to my Junior of Senior proms. Went to parties and after prom instead. I didn't get asked for a date either year and didn't particularly wish to go stag. My girls went to both Junior and Senior proms...dresses for two at the same time required a bank loan!
Best wishes to all who enter.

Hi, BEGlam. Good to see you. You, too, Hellokitty! Too bad we couldn't take some of the rain they had in FL and send it to you. Almost 2 feet in 2-3 days. Hellokitty, I was telling DS's GF's mom that this is just one of those times I'm glad I had boys instead of girls. The dresses, the shoes, they have to have their hair done, mani & pedi's. Oy. Just two wrist corsages is ridiculous for the price. DS is wearing DH's old tux pants & jacket; got him a red vest & bow tie; next week for his school's prom he'll wear that w/a black vest that other DS had. Got some good pix I'll try to post to FB later.
Thanks for checking in. Keep it coming!
