If you have been following Dr D for 20 years, you haven't been paying attention. She has talked a lot about her surgeries and has said skin care products can't solve all issues.

Meh, the same could be said for Dimitri of Skinn Cosmetics, and the woman from Isomers.  I don't care whether someone has had plastic surgery. None of my business.  The only thing that matters is if the products work for me.
