Yes, I change out my skin care and makeup.  I have a summer shade for foundation and a winter shade.  My complexion is naturally darker in the Summer.  Not as dry in Winter but still dry.  In Winter I add one more moisturizer to the face and one more hydrating step for the rest of my body as well.  Hair is always dry so I'm always moisturizing it daily. 

 

In the summer I'm dry

In the winter I'm even more dry.

I don't add a lot because I can't stand to bee greasy.  I don't have dark spots on my face or anything else.  I can always add on more of my anti-aging moisture. 

In cold weather,  I am only out long enough to go in from the car.

The only thing I change somewhat is my lip color.  I bring out deeper shades that I wouldn't wear in the summer and I put away the brighter pinks and peach colors.
