Curly tops any suggestions

I have naturally curly hair and this dry weather is killing my look. One side of my head the curl is looking good the other side belongs to someone else. The curl is so much looser that the hair even looks longer. No matter how much I scrunch it or don't touch it all the curl is just not all there. Any ideas/solutions/sympathy?
