@Witchy Woman   .... I've never actually had a smoothing treatment.  I don't think my hair would survive that!  I think it will take some experimentation for you to figure out what products work for you.  As for the frizz, I THINK the gels will help with that.  No sulfates, for sure.  And scrunch, but don't brush.
