There's nothing in the ingredient list that could be labeled as an exfoliant. It basically softens the dry skin so the dead skin can be removed easier. Nothing special or extraordinary about it.

Water (Activated Hydrogen Water), Glycerin, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Dicocodimonium Chloride, Steartrimonium Bromide, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Butylene Glycol, Isopropyl Alcohol

My husband and I recently started drinking hydrogenated water.  We have a machine that does it.  Everything I've read says there's a limit to how long the water remains charged.  It's a relatively short time.  I don't think hydrogen water means much of anything in this ingredient deck.

@JeanLouiseFinch

Simply put, hydrogen water is water with antioxidant benefits.

Yes, I know that.  My point is that any benefit has likely dissipated soon after production.

Hi @JeanLouiseFinch   Hadn't heard about hydrogenated water and I am interested.  Doing a little research, looks like it may be good for me.  I am looking at machines, maybe you have a recommendations.  2 questions I haven't found anwers to, since it looks like you have studied this.

1) If I process the water, can I put it in the fridge with the benefits lasting?  Found the answer, about 10-15 mins.  So new question, do I drink ALL my water hydrogenated?  Does the water stay cold.  I saw one machine to said to use boiling water.  Don't want to drink hot water.  Read elsewhere about fridge, so just confused on this.

2) do the machines have filters or other parts that need to be replaced regularly?

Thnaks so much!

There's a lot of info out there, @NYCLatinaMe.  I've recently gotten interested in Gary Brecka, who is an advocate for hydrogenated water, but the Echo he recommends is too expensive.  From what I've gathered, hydrogenation doesn't last all day, more like just a few hours,  I have read that bottled water is recommended but I've also read tap works. I'd regather not use bottled water.  I've read not to use hot and IMO if the charge peters out after a few hours, the time waiting in the refrigerator would be the time the benefits are diminishing.  Just warm from the tap is about right for me.  Maybe it varies by machine?  There are machines that require filters to be changed and others that don't.  There are pitchers for doing a large amount of water at once or individual bottles.  We have both.  I make us a pitcher first thing in the morning that we share before coffee.  I use whatever is left for my AM supplements.  I'll make us another pitcher right before lunch.  The bottles are more convenient for travel.  The recommended amount to consume, that I've read, is 1.5 liters daily,  that converts to 50 ounces.

Don't use the hydrogenated water for coffee or tea.

@NYCLatinaMe  Room temp or just warm to the touch as it comes from the faucet.
