CA CC is described as 'most clarifying' Just wanted to know what that meant? What does mean to clarify my hair?
I've tried all the other CCs but CA CC- I have the CA oil and the smell is not very tolerable.
I have fine thin hair, mid waist. So far I've been focusing on TT as my first cleanse.

CA has a clean fresh smell. I'm not sure why anybody would think the CA smells bad nor sour. If it does then i seriously need to see an otalaryngologist to have my sinuses checked...

I'm a mixer of formulas, but I do use Cucumber Aloe as my scalp is oily but I found the best way to use it (for me) is in the first cleanse only. When I used it for both first and second cleanse, I found it dried out my hair around the crown. I now use it for first cleanse around my scalp along with Pom and Fig then Pom, Fig and 613 for my second cleanse. No more dried hair issues now.

I have thin/fine hair that doesn't naturally have much body to it.
CA is part of my back-up routine that I rotate in. Because Chaz said it was the most clarifying, it seemed like a good idea to use it ocassionally.
As I understand it, CA provides the strongest cleansing qualities. So I rotate it in every so often, just to remove any excess build up that might be on my hair. Truthfully, I'm not even sure if my hair had excess build up, but it seemed like a good thing to do.
Some people have found CA to be drying, but I haven't found that to be the case (LAV was a bit drying for my hair).
btw, I really don't like the CC scent (it ties with POM on that score). The CA scent reminds me of the way one of my "Little Kiddle" dolls smelled when I was a kid (the dolls were scented). But since it's only on my hair for a minute, I can deal with the scent. I follow it with my second cleanse using either a Seasonal or 613 and those are scents that I like. -- Also, I am only rotating CA in for my first cleanse one time in four, so I not using the scent all the time (I usually use TT for my first cleanse).
Below I've listed my basic Wen hair care routine:
* First cleanse - TT (rotate CA in every fourth cleanse)
* Second cleanse - Any Seasonal (rotate 613 in every fourth cleanse)
* Leave-in (all 613 products) - 1/2 pump 613 CC (from 16 oz. bottle) -- 1/3 pump 613 SC -- 3 pumps 613 mousse.
Best of luck!!
