If you check out CC's Facebook wall, she posted a short blurb on Coty & how she and this company are working to solve our problems we have been having w philosophy lately. Thought some of you might want to read it. I am on my cell phone otherwise id post the link. Basically it seems she is addressing that there is a "problem" for the first time. She recognizes that some of us have been unhappy and is assuring that everything will be ok. I think it is nice that she reaching out in a way that doesn't merely gloss over the concerns. Thoughts?
