Crepy eyelids

Can anyone recomend a eye shadow primer and or an eye cream to use all around the eye, not just under that would help with crepy eyelids. Surgery is out of the question. I have many eye colors from BE that have glimmer that just don't work well anymore. Even some of the Ready colors have too much shimmer and look bad. I have Laura Geller's Shimmer Down powder, but it seems to take away the color. I reallyl would like to get some use out of my stash of colors. I really don't care for the "flat" look of the original matte shadows from BE, the glimmers are too much and there is no way to know if any are what use to be called a "Glympse". Any suggestions are welcome.
