perricone upper lid serum is wonderful. You will notice results right away. The lidsfeel so smooth. It tightens andsmooths. I am 66 and it works forme and several friends I know that use it. You use barelyadrop for both lids.

I love this Perricone eyelid serum and it has worked wonders on my eyes. I use some of the other products mentioned such as the Skinn eye serum, Isomers eye peel and fast lift serum but never thought to use them on my eyelids. Maybe I have been too cautious.

Can someone tell me what the isomers eye PEEL does? I've never heard of an eye peel.

Dr. Gross has a retinol eye serum that you can use all around the eye and lid. It's very good. With this, I've been using Trish McEvoy's eye base and this smooths them out nicely.

I notice that the TM eye base comes in 4 shades - linen, bare, sand, demure.

Any suggestions on a shade to use, esp for a fair/light complexion?

I got it in the bare, Irish, and I use medium foundation or beige. I thought next time I would try the Linen. Sometimes, I just use the eye base with no shadow, just liner & mascara. Or I will use a light peach all over. It's a clean look. Whatever shadow you use, the color will be great with the eye base. I don't know what color the demure is. I don't think you would go wrong with the Bare, as it's lighter than I will get next time.

Thanks Taja! The bare looks like it has a touch of yellow???? The linen seems like a beige linen....lol. The sand seems the lightest and the demure appears to have a pink tone.

My skin has cool undertones but my eyes have a red cast - the yellow bare might work better. I wish I had a local store that sold mcevoy but I have to buy online.

I'd like to try it as a base on my lid up to my eyebrow. That approach was suggested in another thread about opening up hooded eyes. The idea was to try to match your skin tone but even the thin skin and brighten up the hooded, droopy look. Does that make sense....lol.

It does do a lot to "brighten" the eye. Trish said that many used Linen as an eye shadow. If you use the base to brighten, and then place a shadow in the crease and a little above on the brow bone, you will be surprised how much that counteracts the "hooded, droopy. look." It makes sense to me, Irish. Give it a go - think you'll really like it. It does a lot for a tired looking eye. Smiley Happy
