Crepe erase offer/question?

[ Edited ]

I really like Crepe Erase...the system works on my skin and doesn't cause any sensitivity.

I have a question about something new they are offering FREE with a pkg purchase.

"The Skin Revitalizing Tool utilizes heat and vibration to stimulate skin, open pores for enhanced product absorption, and improve local circulation to better deliver essential nutrients to the skin when used with your favorite treatment cream.

So, is this "tool" just a gimmick or does it really do anything special.

Any comments appreciated!

It might feel good and it sounds like it isn't promising to cure any skin issues just enhanse  the products used into the skin. And if it is free--what the heck?  It sounds reasonable. I like the smell of the product--had a big tube of hand cream that I liked.

I'm at the age that my skin just naturally looks like lizard skin!

I don't dare go out in public and show my skin unless I prepped it! LOL

HOWEVER, when I read more in depth, if one takes advantage of the sale pkg, you automatically are authorizing a $79.95 purchase every 4 months...and I'm not comfortable with that.

@LTT1 ooooh--that small print Woman Madgood on you for reading that!! So that $$ is for an auto order for the products then? Nope--I wouldn't go for that either. Am sure you can find the same type of machine for way less if you wanted it. Man-- they TRY to get you every time, right?!

Re: Crepe erase offer/question?

I would never sign up for any auto delivery for a product I haven't tried - unless - it was from QVC or HSN - where a phone call would eliminate auto deliveries.

My skin care routine, really an innocent obsession, is like the search for the Holy Grail.  And I am 80 and counting.  I do take very good care of my skin, and I think it looks good for my age.  In reality, I have finally concluded the trick is to get into a good skin care routine and follow it - with products you are happy with.  But being alert to new advances.

Yes, you will age.  But you will age well.  And your diet, including any supplements you take - well it shows.  And stay out of the sun, use UV protection.  I have very fair skin, never had a tan and never cared to.

Re: Crepe erase offer/question?

I think they should have left the part out about opening pores. Pores don't really open or close. They do get clogged so exfoliating will keep them clean so product can absorb better. You don't need that tool to make that happen.
