I know this stuff has been on the Q for a few months. I know every so often when I go into Beauty and look under New Arrivals, there it is. Most of the time with no reviews?! Now, I truly believe this stuff works no better than the JM Body butter. The reviews are always bad. Wonder why they continue to list it under the New Arrivals? Also, that stuff is pretty pricey IMO.

DD ordered it from QVC.  They charged her $98.00 and delivered it in a Guthy Renker (sp?) box, clearly marked.  The same item is avaialble from GR for $39.95, including one additional item. QVC didn't even bother to change the packaging.  That's a $60.00 upcharge.  Order from GR if you want to try it.  She returned the "opened" items to QVC for credit and ordered it from tv. Same exact items came. Same GR box. I really don't understand this.

Do not purchase this item. It is terrible. I purchased this from the informercial some time back. The first time I used it I knew it was no good. I also thought I would try JM body butter  and again very disappointed. So for my dry skin I am now using baby oil. Buyer beware.

Common sense should tell people that once the elasticity is lost from the skin, there is nothing that will restore it.  This is just another useless cosmetic product that doesn't do as it claims.

@Perkup  I recall your post on this subject and I believe someone sent you a notification and an explanation of the charges but you never responded.  I, too, have sent you notifications to which you never responded.  Maybe you ought to check them.

I have no intentions on buying this and I agree with your statement. It just seems odd that it will show up under "New Arrivals" and then it will get a lot and negative reviews, then a while later, there it is again under the "new arrivals" Seems deceptive! I guess QVC is not breaking any retail laws or whatever they may be called, but they are breaking the trust that we as customers have.

Kachina, I clearly remember that thread. The explanation she received did not at all jibe with what she continues to post about this.

@suzyQ3@  @Perkup  She is what I'd call a "hit and run" poster.  She posts something and may stir up a controversy, then leaves and never returns to the thread to answer questions or address comments, even if there are notifications.  I just wonder if she doesn't know what they are or where they're located.  She must have a ton of them.

I agree it can't be restored but the right product can give you temporary skin improvement.  I use the Gold Bond Ultimate skin therapy cream "restoring" and oddly my crepey skin is on my left hand, where I had a broken wrist & surgery and my forearms.  I massage my hands and arms daily with the cream and my arms do show improvement over not using it.

The Gold  Bond product contains CoQ10, vitamins A, C & E, ceramides and antioxidants.   I'm a firm believer in the vitamins.

"As the cream is applied to depleted, dull skin it adds a protective layer of moisture. Then skin-strengthening ceramides, lipids and CoQ10 help restore elasticity, vitality and healthy texture.  Unique blend of HYDRALAST emollients and humectants draws moisture throughout the day for 24 hour moisturization"

I realize it's not a cure, but it's definitely an improvement.   Much cheaper, too.  I also believe the massaging action helps as well.    Skin care has to start at a young age.   You can't start trying to improve your skin when you get to that certain age.

I believe this was supposed to be a HUGE hit for QVC, and was even mentioned by the Chairman in his quarterly update when financials were released?  Someone posted the text here somewhere. ...  Must be the reason for the reintroductions of the same product.
