Could this be the problem with WEN?

Is it good for the hair but bad for the scalp? Has anybody who has experienced thinning ever considered using a regular shampoo on the scalp and WEN on the ends? For the hair to fall out as women claim, it must be that the follicle is getting plugged up or something is happening to the follicle. I dont use it, but I can see where possible it may just build up on the scalp.
