I purchased the Perfecter for $68.99 a few days ago at Roseville, CA Costco. Then went back yesterday and there was a $14 rebate which I received by showing my sales receipt. I was so happy as I've been thinking about purchasing it for a long time. It actually worked on my fine, limp hair!
