Cosmetic claim I am skeptical of

I am VERY skeptical of any cosmetic product with claims that it is "skin care, anti aging" or anything other than cosmetic.

How can an eyeliner or mascara (for example) really DO anything other than enhance the LOOK of your eyes. Eyeshadow, I really doubt it!

Maybe they throw in some Vit. C or E, or something that is known in another product to be anti aging, but I don't believe it really DOES anything in a cosmetic.

Maybe primer or foundation, since they cover the face, but I am even skeptical about that.

When I buy cosmetics, that's all I expect of them!!!!!!!!!!!
