Corrective primer...before or after sunscreen?

I've been using MUFE green primer to tone down the redness on my cheeks, it helps a lot, but I'm wondering when to apply it. If I layer it over my moisturizer and sunscreen, I feel like it doesn't work as well. But if I put on before my sunscreen, is that too many layers between my skin and SPF? I use Clinique City Block 25, which also works as my primer ( the green doesn't really work as a primer, I just use it for redness). What order should I apply everything? Thanks!
