@BunSnoop Pink Powder is a finishing powder and is meant to be applied last. But rules are meant to be broken so, if blush last works for you, go for it! - I have been known to apply a bit more blush after pink powder or other finishing powder on occasion.

This is what I do:
Wash or rinse my face
False lashes
Essences
Moisturizer
Primer
Foundation
Brows
Concealer (usually don't wear it anymore)
Blush/bronzer/contour (usually not all three)
Highlighter
Eyeshadow
Liner
Powder (just under lower lashes...uber dry complexion)
Hair
Get dressed
Perfume
Lip stain and gloss

I always have some confusion about the blush and powder thing. If you use a cream blush, I would think you would apply it after your foundation and then your powder, right?? If you use a powder blush, then it would go last after your foundation and powder, right? I have a big issue with blush -- I never get it right so most of the time I just forget it!

I rarely use powder because of my dry skin but when I do use it and regardless of what type of blush I use, powder goes on last. I'll blend out the edges of my blush or add some powder if I want to subdue my blush application.
