Let's think of it this way, it has to go somewhere?
Remember those franchised salons years ago that was only open to women to exercise, well, they had this hot wrap. The lady took hot lengths of material and would actually wrap you like a mummy. You would have to sit for a half an hour to an hour and when they unwrapped you, you lost inches.
They would measure you before and measure you after, you were supposed to see anywhere from a total of 3-10 inch loss. Now, just wait a few days and you need to do it allover again. You never lost those inches forever, it was temporary but they made you believe it was forever. Years ago they heated you up and now they freeze you down.
OK they freeze the fat, where does it go? It doesn't disappear, fat does not go away with freezing.

My husband did it last year. It does work. He said it's pretty painful on certain parts of the belly. The fat is absorbed into the body and then eliminated. It was based on a study of children that would suck on popsicles constantly. They had very few fat cells in their cheeks. The originally fat cells do not come back but if you don't watch your weight, new ones form. He was pleased with the results and will likely do it again to get some more results.

I had it done 4/26 on my abs, under belly button. I had lost 13 pounds. I weighed 123, down to 121 now.
I am still working out and dieting. I want to get down to 115. I'm 5'2"
They said I should see results in three weeks at the earliest. I get the second treament June 14.
Two treatments were $2800.

Hi @Mary Bailey! I think it's a great idea. My question is, is there a suggested diet and amount of water you need to drink following the procedure?
It wouldn't bother me except I am Diabetic. I don't need to lose weight, but I would like to do something about my lower belly. I have a six-pack and I'm tight...and then there's that pouch...would I love to see that go!
Thanks,
Poodlepet2

When I was about to turn 60 I wanted to lose 10 pounds (that I'd gained and lost hundreds of times) and get rid of my pooch . (that appeared after menopause) I hired a trainer and went to a nutritionist. (I've suffered from anorexia and bulimia for 50+ years)
I dropped the weight quickly but my trainer said I was not going to lose my pooch through diet and exercise. I had a tummy tuck. (and breast lift and a little lipo) It was painful and $$$ but I'm now 67 and still have a flat stomach and perky breasts. It was worth every penny and pain I suffered.

@Poodlepet2They gave me a liquid and supplements 2 day diet & 5 days of very "clean" organic eating. I lost a couple of pounds so far. Today I add food. Only drink filered water, no quanity given.
She said I'm "such a peanut" and I have "good muscle tone" it would be perfect for me. I hope she's right.
@lulu2 I would love to get a breast lift. Maybe after all this is over!
