Confusion over CC types

I am newer to Wen and like the TT CC okay, don't really like SAM, Haven't tried POM yet. I liked Lavender but it seems to cause some Frizz. I think I like the scent of lavender more than what it does to my hair. I think my hair feels dry with most of the scents even though I use oil and all the wen styling products. I used CA CC for the first time today and my hair feels soft, has nice curl, no frizz and has a lot of body. I am confused because I have been reading this provides the least moisture. I have Fig also but haven't tried yet except for my leave in. My confusion is about CA if that provides the least moisture and seemed to work best so far not sure what that means.

I am not sure if this is one you should use periodically or if anyone uses it all the time. This can be a bit confusing....
