Concealor HELP!

Okay ladies-I trust you guys and need some sincere advice. I'm 48 and I find that the skin under my eyes needs some serious help. I have that look like my eyes are sinking into my head and I've got this purpleish/blue look under my eyes....what should I use? BE isn't doing it for me (I so wish it would do it, but it doesn't). My skin is on the dry side, and really dry under my eyes (as I'm getting older I find this to be more and more a problem)...so I need moisture and coverage....any suggestions?
