Concealer w/brightener from last TSV - share how you use....

I'm sorta tapping my finger into it and putting it over blemishs or sun spots and I think I'm over the learning curve

I "want" to try it under my eyes but I have NEVER worn a concealer under my eyes, I have tried it while at home and I just look OLDER but I haven't tried the LG one under my eyes, if you use it and love it can you share how you use it?
