Comparable? Too Faced & It Cosmetics Poreless Powders

I have the Too Faced Primed and Poreless powder. Is it basically the same thing as It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores HD Silk Powder? Is one better than the other?

Maybe I'm not applying the Too Faced powder right (too much maybe) or what but I went back to my Alexandra deMarkoff Loose Powder Mist. I DO use the Too Faced right under my eyes so that mascara, eyeliner and shadow stays put.
