The fog lifted, the rain stopped and guess what?  There's snow all over the Sandias!  I took my Walkman (stop giggling) and listened to Magic 99.5 while the dog and I strolled through the neighborhoods.  Long walk, perfect walking weather.

Stopped by the mailbox and now it's official: My diploma's here!  (The sleeve was open, though, and that has me somewhat perplexed.  Better-half doesn't see why.  But they did spell my name right!)

When I was walking the dog I could tell the weather was changing.  Leaves started blowing, the sky darkened.  It rained again last night and this morning I woke up to snow.  Yay!  Snow!

Snow, wow, you're kidding. We are getting spring like weather.  It is unbelievable. Yesterday was so warm.  It is almost annoying because I am ready for cooler weather.  Maybe, not scrape ice off your window weather but cooler. 

Enjoy the snow.  How much did you get?

Yay!  Then it's definitely official!  And apparently the weather gods are congratulating you by giving you a rare snowfall.  (I had the a/c on last night here--in December!)

I think you should celebrate by buying that tea--at that great discount, of course!  Celebrating is allowed.

I was thinking a little more about favorite Christmas movies and one popped into my head.  I checked TCM's schedule and it will be on Wednesday the 23rd.

Robin and the 7 Hoods

Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Bing Crosby, Peter Falk, and some of the best songs ever.  If you haven't seen it, set your DVR!

Another favorite, and it's not really a Christmas movie but it feels like one, is The Trouble with Angels.  I found the DVD online, bought it and still haven't watched it.  It's the season -- I better dust it off.

Thanksgiving just isn't Thanksgiving without Brussels sprouts.  What movie makes Christmas feel more like Christmas for you?
