I noticed my lower 1/2 of my hair was twice as dark and my hair is down to my elbows. I used color oops and it took out my color and evenly! So my whole head was an even color. it took me down to a light, light brown but completely even color to where I could have left it that way without redyeing. I focused first on my over dark part of my hair and did the rest of my hair second. I have very over processed hair yet still no damage caused by color oops at all! Only thing i hated is the odd smell and having to wash my hair 5 times and shower 20 minutes with all the rinsing they requite but the results was perfect. I did redye my hair a dark reddish brown and it turned out a tad too dark but i was expecting that and my natural color is a very dark brown anyways but at least my hair is an 'even" color all around. I learned my lesson to not dye my hair too frequently.
