Save yourself some $; I have found some great products that work from Korea....I was lucky to hear about them from others (not influencers).

There are hundreds of collagen creams out in the market. Collagen is just a good moisturizer, nothing else and it shouldn't cost a lot either.

The Elemis TSV cream doesn't contain any actual collagen. It contains procollagen which can be anything that supports collagen, usually a type of peptide, in the skin.

Yes, good skin care such as peptides can promote the regeneration of collagen, but you just cant add it on the skin by itself.  I have heard Manuela from Isomers explain it many times.

Everything I've ever read about collagen is that the molecules are too large to be absorbed by the skin. Yet people keep buying it?

@Judaline

It's true that collagen is too big of a molecule to absorb into the skin but since collagen is protein then that makes it a good moisturizer b/c protein inherently has the ability to hold water. Applying collagen to the skin will help keep moisture in and on the skin especially if the collagen product also contains some form of an occlusive ingredient such as an oil. What that amounts to is plumper looking skin.
