Does anyone take collagen gummies to help with hair growth?  If yes can anyone recommend a good brand to try?

I dont do any gummies, but I do take collagen capsules.

I take these collagen gummies from Sam's Club but as I have a whole bunch of hair (too much, just ask any stylist I've had because that's their first comment LOL) I can't answer if they do anything for that, sorry.

I can only add that I mainly take them for joint repair, and to help with my aging problem of easily bruising skin, and they do work for that. I do also notice a lot of nail growth - especially toe nails, for some reason - and have to work harder to keep my manicure maintenance up.

I am not using any type of gummies because don't think I have willpower to eat the recommended amount each day.Would treat them like candy.

But I am using Joyce Giraud Ultimate Hair Strength Pro capsules from Shop HQ they can be opened and sprinkled on anything if you have a problem swallowing them.Like with any supplement you will not get overnight results but I do see the results after months of using them, hair is so shiny, even grew my hair out during the pandemic love my hair ,and this is coming from a  senior, have them on auto delivery.

I am also a true believer in adding along with my stash of  Andrew  Lessman supplements his  Marine Collagen for years to my morning coffee .

I take Nutri Flair or Nutri Vein caps daily, all 5 types of collagen. Both same formula. and no tilapia fish, which is what Lessman uses, I do not like that it is farm raised.  I dont use any gummies, dont like them in my teeth.
