The collagen molecule is indeed too large to penetrate, but it's not useless - collagen is a superior moisture binder, according to my dermatologist.

gazelle, are you referring to facial vibration? Like with the device Adrienne Arpel was showing? (That was one facial device I was somewhat interested in.)
If that's the case, then no wonder facial massage (no devices needed) works so well, which I've had to do in order for the aloe & oils to absorb. ![]()

Yes! In fact just tapping your fingers on your face will work!

Just wondering, though, whether it's possible to nanofy (not a word, I guess) the collagen molecules as they do with other substances so that it could penetrate. I have no clue whether it's possible or would even be recommended or whether collagen itself would even have an effect as much as would those aforementioned substances that help to BUILD collagen.

Nanofy is a word Serious Skincare uses frequently if you have ever listened to any of their presentations. I don't know if you can do this with collagen or not.

I was taking 3 daily but I bumped it up to 6 a couple of days ago & a patch of eczema that I have on my right arm & right lower calf are starting to clear up already.
I also take Youtheory collagen pills every day....3 in the morning and 3 in the early evening. It is for the skin of course, but I also take it to build and maintain ligaments and tendons.

Darn, and here I thought I was coming up with something new. I guess it's true that there really isn't anything new under the sun.
