Clogged Drain

What do I do? I've used WEN for about 5 months and love what it does for my thin short hair. I have a 60 year old home with old plumming. My bath tub drain is so stopped up it's nuts. I've tried everything. I have a second bathroom that I now have to use to shower. Will finally have to call a plumber. Why does this happen?
