Micellar water cleans well for me.  I also like a precleanse or oil cleanse before using a cream cleanser, especially when I have sunscreen to remove.

@AngelPuppy1  I absolutely refuse to double cleanse my face, just takes too much time! I use Cetaphil for normal to oily skin (which is what I have), along with a microfiber face cloth. It takes off every single bit of makeup--I use foundation, blush, eyeshadow (sometimes), mascara and waterproof eyeliner. This is immediately followed with a hydrating spray, and a cream moisturizer. 

 

I also use makeup remover wipes sometimes, and they work well for me.

 

You, of course, have to do what is best for your skin, but double cleansing just irritated my skin the few times I tried it...and I'm don't have sensitive skin.
