Cleanser, toner then Dr. Denese Advanced Facial Firming Pads?

Just started using toner and am not sure of the order to apply.

I cleanse then I use the toner. The facial pads are last as they do leave a slight amount of residue, which is probably meant to be (glycolic acid)
