I wouldn't do that here.  I live right by a main road and too much traffic --- dirt, dust, etc.  Thanks.  I think that would work well if I lived in the country!

Thanks for your suggestions.  I appreciate.  I believe that trying to hang them or looking for some kind of drying stand would be my best solutions.

I dry mine on a coathanger. 

I hang them with a rubber band around the handle of the makeup brush and loop around the bottom of coathanger.  

Kind of hard to explain without a photo, but it works.

@AngelPuppy1 I see you have limited space to let them dry. You can also hang over a closet. I usually hang over my bathroom windowsill in the summer because the window is open, but when it is closed I hang over a closet in my bedroom. Becasue the hanger is essentially a hook you can hang it anywhere to dry.

I wash mine with purity and air dry them laying on their side with the brush end hanging over the side of a plate.
