Cleaned out makeup then went shopping. What happened?

{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} I've been on maternity leave so one day after reading posts about ladies cleaning out their unused makeup so I finally did it. I tossed some stuff and gave some to my sister. (I introduced her to Mally's products.) I really cut down on eyeshadows I was almost out of and colors I didn't really like. And I didn't realized how many samples I had! I was so excited how empty, clean and organzied my makeup drawer was. Then I decided I didn't like the eyeshadows that I kept. So...off to Sephora. Big mistake. I love what I got, but I have two different "sets" of eyeshadows (NARS and Urban Decay), another black eyeliner but at least it is waterproof, a lipgloss pencil that I did not need, and a sample brush cleaner. The sales rep really was not pushy at all. She was really good, helpful and gave me more samples! What happened to my clean drawer! Like I said, I love it but $120 later ????? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
