@Drythe...DITTO! I have two Mias. Generation 1 & 2. I can't remember when I bought my Mia 1. My QVC order history doesn't go back that far. I use it twice a day every day and she has never given me a singl problem. My Mia 2 is newer, and she works like a champ, too. I alternate using them. They are workhorses!

Qvc covers full refund. Purchased another style. If past return then definitely! Would be upset. Fact! Owned this less than one month doesn't speak well to quality. Hopefully! Wont happen again.

I must have been lucky.  My original Clarisonic Pro which is ancient ia still going strong.  The mia which ai use for travel is doing quite well also.

wonder why as I use one or the other every day.

Please note previous posts here. Several experienced problems. Given the fact! Less the one month owning Qvc refunded full amount. Did not! Want the same model. Hopefully! Won't happen again. Years ago purchased my first Clarisonic lasted long time. The new models are the problem.

Within a few weeks after buying the Mia2, it was down to about 5 uses before needing recharging--less than a week if I used it every day. I slowly cut back to only using it once or maybe twice a week, and I don't think it does much good unless it's used consistently. Now it's down to a single use--which means it is basically on the charger all the time. This doesn't work for me, and I'm very disappointed.

I have not had any problems with my Mia. Are you guys charging it 12 hours when you first get it. Your supposed to let it charge for that long before using it. Otherwise you'd charges won't last.

I have had my Clarisonic Plus for at least 7 years and It still works fine.  I have read some post where users state their devices won't keep a charge. I think the key to avoiding this is to amke sure they get fully charged and then do not place it on the charging cradle that is plugged in. Doing so actually diminishes the capacity of the battery to fully charge. It has something to do with the type of charging mechanism.

I agree with this. Mine does not get charged until it dies. And when you first get it you should charge it at least 12 hours before using it.

Hi JeanLoise! I have a question. I have the Miami and got tired of mold issue on the brush heads-and the expense of replacing them. When HSN was selling the Foreo Luna mini, I bought it and love it.

Is the dupe full sized and does it have the same features?

Thanks,

Poodlepet2

I've never had an issue with mold on my Clarisonic. Mold elsewhere, but I've never seen mold on the brush head or under the brush when I replace it.

The Foreo Lunas do have a lot of advantages and the cost of ownership for a Foreo product vs a Clarisonic is definitely one of them.

I've been using the Michael Todd soniclear. So much better than clarisonic. Brushes last twice as long and brushes are antimocrobial. Check it out great product and 6 speeds
