? Clarisonic VS Knock Offs ?

This may have been discussed, but I couldn't find anything..

My question is please..

Does anyone feel the other brands, that are similiar / knock offs of the Clarisonic are just as good?

There is the one sold on HSN, another on SHOPNBC and even several at Ulta..

I can not justify $200 for a Clarisonic if the other (less expensive) are the same or close to Clarisonic..
