Clarisonic TSV question , I need an answer .

Does this model not have a charging indicator. I plugged it in and there is no led flashing In manual it says led flashes while charging. Then says select colors only. If this is the case i am sending back. How do you know when it is charging or fully charged. That is is crazy. I will call the company if no one noticed this . Thanks

It is on the back of the handle. Very hard to see it during the day. It shows up really good at night.

Clarisonic closed today. Read reviews and certain colors don't have it. I got the grey .Thanks for responding i know where you indicated , but it does not have it. You can see where it should be. I planned on keeping this even if i didn't use it on a regluar basis but not without an indicator , that is so cheap for another wise quality product.

I usually allow 12 hours for it to charge. I was so tempted to buy another, the price was so cheap. I paid more but it was worth it. I even bought a spare because it does such a good job.

Does that model (you didn't give us the model#) have any LED indicator light at all? Mine shows a steady light when fully charged.

It was the Mia 1 TSV from a couple weeks ago , and the manual does say that certain colors will not have an indicator. I have a Mia 2 from several years ago and am charging it now , lights around the buttons while charging. Can you imagine your cell phone with no indicator and you go to use it and it is dead. If i had known which colors did have it i would have ordered it.

Mine is the MIA 1 in the color pink. It has a charging little light on back of handle.

I don't even know why they would even release any unit without it , Who would make that decision from a reputable company. If it didn't say in the manual under charging i would think i was missing the location.

MW, you can send it back for an exchange if I am not mistaken. Call their Customer Service and let them know about your brush not having an indicator light and that you want the color that has it. I have heard the hosts say about exchanging for the same item but different color. I wish you well. I love my Clarisonic!! This is my second unit since they first came out over 10 years ago and gave my husband my old one and it still works great.

Thanks for all of the responses , i am not upset, as just really surprised by this omission. that was a good idea about the exchange, but how do they know what color will have it except one of the previous posters mentioned pink.
