I had issues with mine and sometimes it would charge when I changed outlets. I called CS and we determined the handle was the problem. The handle can be replaced for $60. And they will give you a $25 off coupon so I bought a pack of brushes. I thought this was a great deal since the whole Mia kit was about $135.

QVC lost a lot of my posts too!

Try plugging it into a different outlet. I poopooed that idea when mine stopped working and the Clairsonic CS suggested it, but it worked.

Mine is still going strong after 3 years. I do sometimes have to switch outlets when charging it...but I think that is my outlet, not the Mia.

"Chintzy"? She's had it past the 2 year warranty.

Yes, I can read and that is my opinion about it.

Mine only lasted 6 months. I would say you did pretty good. I won't be buying another one that's for sure.

6 months? Really. Where did U purchase this? From a legitimate store or some shady operation? Why not send it back and get another one? Clarisonic has a 2 year warranty.

They last a long time. Mine 5+ years.

I bought it from the Q. It was past the 30 day return time and never thought about the warranty. Oh well, too late now, I tossed it.
