My first day hair needs a lot of attention. How do you use VTS?

HB: As I indicated, I'm still practicing with VTS and don't quite have it down. But here is what I did last time that is getting me closer: Normal double cleanse and leave-in with a combo of CC's, put in 3/4 pump of BGT styling cream while hair is soaking wet, wrap hair in towel for a few minutes. Unwrap hair from towel and put one pump of my beloved TIGI 'After Party' into my palm -- spritz VTS (last time I used two spritz...now I believe I should cut back to one), blend the two together and apply starting at the ends and working up to my crown. Then scrunch my curls into place and let dry.

Practice makes perfect.

I used SAM this morning. That larger bottle (1 pump) of SC was so much easier than the micro bottle (13 pumps) of SC.

Honny - You were so right about the tingle coming back!

I had never really thought about it in the past, but yesterday - after an intense work out - I needed a shampoo/CC treatment. When I put on FGP for the second cleanse, and left it on, the menthol was VERY strong. My scalp hadn't had that tingle in months!

Once again, you were right!

Hey terrier! What are you and Psycho Mike up to? I thought about you on Thursday when I correctly did the Lat Pulldown with wide arms.

I didn't realize the tingle was missing because the build up happens so slowly. It came back with a vengeance after I shampooed! Now, I'm conscious of it because it's a sign that I have build up.
