I can't wait to see what Nordstrom's has for Burberry Beauty's 2014 Holiday lip sets. I hope they have a Lip Cover and a Lip Glow set this time like they offered in 2012. This is the first year I'm able to afford them (it will be my combo Birthday/Holiday treat) and I hope they have a great choice of colors in them. I got the makeup set Nordstrom's offered at their Anniversary Sale in July, and I love the Lip Glow gloss in Rosewood that I got in it.

The Lip Glow gloss trio popped up at Nordstrom's fro a brief period, but isn't available anymore. I noticed they were the same colors as came out in 2012. Also, the Lip Cover lipstick colors were also the same in 2012 & 2013. I'm beginning to wonder now if these were made two years or more ago, and they keep recycling them every holiday. At about $70 a pop, it is possible they aren't really selling them out, but Nordstrom's keeps bringing them out at various times again.

I still haven't seen any Burberry Beauty lipstick promotions yet. I wonder if they are going to even do one this year. I saw the Anniversary Sale set pop up briefly for a day, but it's gone now too.

I just found out from the Norstrom Beauty Stylist, that there will be no Lip Cover (lipstick) or Lip Glow (gloss) sets like in the previous two years. They only have a few items in gold packaging in limited addition colors, which frankly are in weird red and gold shades that certainly wouldn't take you past the Holidays. Bummer.
