I have ordered and liked the 74% but am thinking about ordering the 91%. Can anyone tell me how extreme the diffence would be ? I do like dark chocolate

I have tried the 91% and loved it. I am very partial to dark chocolate.

My husband tasted it and spit it out. It was way too bitter for him. He prefers sweet chocolate and at 91% chocolate is not that sweet. There is a big difference between 74% and 91%, IMO.

@CoastalGal I have tried all three percentages of ChocoNuvo, and over the last few years of Andrew making it, I have gone from the 66% up to the 91%. The first purchase I made was the smallest size package of the 66%, 74%, and 91%. Having all three to try side-by-side was a great way for me to decide.

I really loved the 74% and purchased that for most of the time; however, after Andrew saying there was more benefit with the 91% I have come to really love the highest percentage. At first I thought it was too strong, but over time I have come to love it more than the 74%. It is by far the best tasting high-percentage chocolate I have tried when compared to Ghiradelli or other well-known chocolate brands.

I am also enjoying his 91% ChocoNuvo CAFE version. Although I don't drink coffee, the little bits of coffee beans in those squares are winning me over.

By the way, you may get more responses to your post if you post it in the Wellness forum rather than the Beauty forum.
