Chi TSV- Packaged with Loose Clips and No Plastic, Return?

Hello! Just a quick question for those of you who ordered the recent Chi TSv. Did yours come packaged with the black bag loose and unwrapped in any plastic? The 3 clips were just also on thrown in the box loose. The Chi iron has bubble wrap on the top but that is it. It just seems like it was packaged different from most items that I order.

I might just be paranoid after reading all the posts about QVC reshipping returns that are either used or damaged.
