Use the same treatments you use on your face on your chest. As We Change catalogue carries a product for wrinkles on the chest.

Wear turtlenecks {#emotions_dlg.lol} Sorry, I couldn't resist.

I sleep on my side and I'm lucky to be able to sleep that way! I use the SPF and cream, etc., but I'm starting to think it's an aging thing. Good luck to you.

Try a chestsaver. The sticky pads are ok but I wouldn't recommend. The Chestsaver has worked great for me for years. It is an actual garment which I prefer over a 'device'. I am not sure what the website is I just always google chestsaver and it comes up.

Use the same good skincare as for your face and neck. Keep the chest area moisturized and it's very, very important to use a good SPF on your décolleté every day, not just when you are sitting out in the sun.

When I use retin-a on my face and neck, I also use a tiny dollop on the décolleté area as well.

I've been doing this for years. My neck is sagging just a bit from heredity or gravity (I'm 58 and I work very hard on my neck but I have seen a slight sagging in the past year) , however, my décolleté area looks very good indeed. No wrinkles or loose skin, nice and smooth. I try to take very good care of it.
