I think Chaz looks great no matter what! I like longer hair in general, and love his that way. No matter he always looks good.
I'll add that my hair is growing, and getting thicker and healthier with WEN. It looks better than it has in my life, am thrilled with his products.![]()
To say someone's hair looks mangy is certainly a disparagement =criticism, to agree with that remark is therefore also a criticism. No doubt those who want to criticize him, and then say they are not being critical will be out in force over this thread.

Yep, exactly. But those who CRITICIZE will try to claim that it isn't although it is clear by the VERY definition that it IS.
Or my other "favorite" excuse to criticize someone- "freedom of speech." Our poor forefathers would be horrified to know that people use that as an excuse to judge or criticize other. That was NOT the intent of freedom of speech and it is sad that people fall back on that to justify their CRITICISM and judgement of others on how they look, how they wear their hair, what clothes they wear, what color their hair is, what lipstick they chose to wear, etc etc.

He looks more relaxed with his beach look; gives off more of that California surfer vibe.

I can see that Wenners will accept a negative comment about Chaz' appearance, as long as the poster mentions that she likes one or more of his products. Folks in the WEN forums are just as hypersensitive as those in the Ripka forums, which is very interesting. After all, it's only stuff.

I like WEN; I have been using it exclusively for about 6 months now.
But I never would have started with WEN if I based my opinion of his product on how his own hair looks. It looks dirty, greasy, mangy, disheveled when it is long. It looks slightly better when he wears it shorter. He is a marketer; he needs to present the best appearance he can.
That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.
I usually won't use a stylist if his/her hair is a disaster...I went out on a limb and tried WEN based on the models - and the enthusiastic posters -not on Chaz' hair.
