No, his sister is Joanne. I haven't seen her on a show in a little while. She would sometimes do really late hits if he was sick or tired. Gina is an employee that he has hired to be his 'mini-Me'. She will do whole shows in Japan and we will see her doing WEN shows here. WEN is so popular now and in so many countries that Chaz needs clones. I'm sure he still wants to actually do some hair at the salon as well.

I really enjoy Chaz, I think he could do the shows just sitting and talking with the models and with his puppies! He can play with their hair and show it off from a sofa and I would buy just as much. But it is probably more than just the standing, it is the plane ride, the packing etc. Best thing is probably staying off his feet and some physical therapy though. I'd prefer a little less Chaz now to keep having a healthy Chaz presenting for many more years!

I totally understand the need, but I also agree with Nicole WI, that presentations wouldn't be the same w/o Chaz doing them. I think a good percentage of us can all admit, that even though we can probably repeat his story and him verbatim, we still watch to see HIM, listen to HIS passion, listen to HIS instructions, even though we've heard it all a gazillion times. I just have to wonder if this change could hurt him in the long run.

As for the PF, I've been there too. He'll probably get some exercises to do - massage, ball roll, step stretch, etc. and they should help. No doubt he'll be doing anything and everything he can today since he's got a big day coming up tomorrow, being it's June 13th.

I am a new WEN convert...just this month...(my hair has gone from very good to fantastic). In the few days Chaz has been on air and hearing about all the things he is so passionately involved with, I had wondered how he keeps it all going...and thinking maybe he should delegate more. While I am saddened to know he is not feeling his best, I am happy that he has the wisdom to introduce us to someone to be his proxy on occasion. Welcome Gina! Be merciful to this lady (even though I admit I am a tiny bit jealous), she is stepping into this role with high expectations placed upon her.

I hope he gets well soon, I don't blame him for getting a back up but the shows still won't be half as good without him there, I like watching him because of his passion for his products. You can tell how much he loves his profession and his hair care products and he wants everyone to take care of their hair and skin.

Poor Chaz! PF is horrible..I have it in both feet and when it flares , I cant stand or work without gritting my teeth in pain, makes working as a nurse on the floor for 12+ hrs a nightmare

I was just thinking about how hard it must have been for Chaz to come to a decision that he couldn't do it all, then finding someone who would meet his standards for the presentations. It's not just his passion for the product but his desire to educate.
