Chaz is showing the before and after show of the white-gray-black super curly haired model that Bobbi Brown often uses. He is saying that she only started using WEN in September and look how much better her hair looks from the before picture. The problem is, she's been modeling for Bobbi for several years and her has never looked like it does in the before picture, but her after hair today doesn't look as good as her hair usually does on Bobbi Brown shows. It looks kinda matted and flat on top.

Did anyone else notice, did he call the wrong model Joy?

I also don't buy that the one model never colored her hair and that WEN is the reason she went from a dark blonde to almost a medium brown. Either she has a rinse on her hair to darken it without "coloring" it, or the before really light shade was from sun exposure.
