He was rushing to explain how to use the 613 oil as it was selling out, I assume that's what OP is referring to. Products were selling out thanks to easy pay day, so he was trying to explain the benefits and use of them before they were gone. He's usually very laid back.

I was watching him earlier and I've been wondering, has his hair always been this gray? And, yes, he did seem really rushed.

It may have been highlights since he does do hair for a living. I liked his look, I'm not always a fan of facial hair but I thought it was working for him.

I agree too, I think Chaz looks good with his new look. He always encourages us to "change it up" and he does exactly that.
