Charlotte Tilbury concealer!

I have a bit of eczema in the corner of my eyes and it causes the skin to be dry and wrinkly. I have my Estée Lauder double wear concealer which I save for hot and humid days. In the meantime I was using the highly accolated Nars creamy concealer. Don’t get the hype as for being a creamy concealer it emphasized the the dryness and texture in not a good way. After reading reviews of Charlotte Tilbury’s concealer I bought it. The shade I chose looks very light in the bottle but looks great on and completely covers and smooths as if I had no texture. This just could be my holy grail!! I’m not crazy about Charlotte Tilbury’s shade descriptions as they seem to jump several shades depending on what product you are using. But so far this is great!

@Allthingsgirly67 Not what you asked & doesn't mean it will do anything for you, but I gave my daughter some Beekman Bloom Cream to try & she likes it.

She says it controls her ezcema on her face.

Re: Charlotte Tilbury concealer!

@Allthingsgirly67 that's great you found something that you love.  I'm on the hunt for a good concealer for me so I browsed online to see about this one that you mentioned.  Does Charlotte T have two versions of concealer?  I see there is one called hollywood flawless filter - is that a concealer?  Or something else?  That has a radiant finish and sells in a mini size too with limited color choices.  Then there is beautiful skin radiant concealer.  Is that the one you purchased?

Did you find whatever you purchased ran true to the description color wise? I always have a hard time deciding on warm, neutral, pink, peach.  I want this for my undereye (have darkness I'd like to cover) - maybe peach is the right way to go for that?

Re: Charlotte Tilbury concealer!

I’m classified as “pink” but really it’s peach. I consider myself as an “Autumn” I have hazel brown eyes and medium brown hair I’m also considered medium but definitely on the light side of medium. There is a concealer with a sponge tip that is not it. It’s the radiant one. I read reviews about sparkles. Trust me they are microscopic I mean even smaller than microscopic! In Estée Lauder I am 3C1 Dusk and in Chanel BR 32. I think I am 5C in their foundation and according to their chart in the concealer I could be a 6, 5, or 4.5. The 6and5 had yellowish undertones for me though according to the website it’s neutral and looking at them in Sephora the 4.5 with pink undertones looked way light for but wouldn’t you know it was perfect. Even the salesgirl said it brightened my indereyes. I would go to her color matrix to get a few ideas of which shade concealers go with which foundation shade so you can narrow the choices. Get to Sephora and try them and be open minded because at first sight I dismissed the one that turned out perfect. Im giving my Nars to my sister and nieces 😊

@Allthingsgirly67 is this the one?  they all seem to have a sponge tip, but I think there's another one that has a sponge tip but no wand I think.  Anyway, this one is radiant - I think this may be the one you like. lmk.

BEAUTIFUL SKIN CONCEALER 6.5 OPEN MAIN
Thanks for the helpful info. on colors.  I'm going to try to get to a sephora to see what might match.

I think I'm one of the few who does not like the nars concealer!

Also, I think the hollywood CT flawless finish product that sephora offers in mini isn't a concealer?  Maybe a foundation?  or a color corrector?  If anyone knows, please let me know.

Yes that’s the one. There was another product she had that had a sponge tip called magic erase or magic away. The one you pictured is the right one. You can get an idea of which shades to narrow down your choices in case you can’t find a Sephora salesperson.

Re: Charlotte Tilbury concealer!

Also keep in mind on the website hers or maybe even Sephora lists the undertones of the shades. The 4.5 is described as having a pink undertone. It looks so light but it goes on like a dream and stays that way. I have light-medium skin think medium but on the lighter spectrum. I wear Estée Lauder Double Wear in 3C1 and Chanel B32. I’m not sure with Mac I believe I was NW 20 but I can never find a shade in Mac that I was happy about.

[ Edited ]

I purchased the CT Radiant Concealer this past weekend at Sephora, after trying it. I love it!!!!!!  It covers well, does not get dry or cakey on me, and lasts all day......

I am very pleased with it, glad I decided to try it. I normally wear Tarte Shape Tape which I really like as well......

I bought it in #9, as I have med tan skin with golden undertones! Perfect match for me.

@Allthingsgirly67

Is her concealer glowy?  I like everything I've bought of hers but I tend to stay away from glowy foundations.  They read "sweaty" on me Smiley Surprised
