@qualitygal  If you exfoliate your lips once or twice a week, you won't have a problem with chapped lips.  After you exfoliate then apply your Burts Bees.  Your lips will be soft forever.  I noticed a huge difference once I started to exfoliate my lips. Burts Bees has some excellent products but I hate their new format on their website.   Cat Very Happy
