You used to be able to change your scent within your AD plan on the TSV if you chose...I tried that with the last TSV (March) and that option was not available. Just wondering if others had an issue with that change and if anyone knows why they took that option away...I would sure like to see them offer that option again as I like and use several different varieties and that option allows you to try different scents without the commitment of three deliveries.

I usually buy each of the TSVs throughout the year - and am almost positive that I purchased this one in FIG, and was able to switch to TT in June. I was actually planning to call and switch back to FIG for the September shipment, so I guess I'll find out...

I have found that I am not able to change scents online, but if I call, they will change it for you! That's how I've handled it lately.

I just changed my last TSV shipment online before it shipped. It worked fine. I think it is just confusing how at the top of the page it says you can't change it but when you go to the actual shipment and hit edit you can. Smiley Happy

I usually email customer service. I could never change mine online.

Thanks for your input. I called customer service and was able to change my last shipment to a different scent. I tried to change my second shipment with customer service when it was due but was told they couldn't change it. That must have been due to availability at the time or something because it was no problem this time! Thanks for the input!
