Is it possible to change your skin's natural texture? I'm starting to realize that, for me, it's not possible. I've tried AHA, Retinol, and PTR Peel Pads. I know that people have had a lot of success using products like these to reverse the damage that time or the sun has done, and that by removing layers of old skin, new skin is able to emerge. But what if you had cr@ppy skin in the first place? Everything I've tried has either irritated my skin or done nothing noticeable to improve my red, rough, blotchy skin. But maybe that's because that is my natural, normal skin texture, and I should just get used to it. Maybe I am removing layers of old skin, but the new skin that emerges is just as cr@ppy as the old skin. I'm just going to stop looking in the mirror so much and start focusing on something else.
